Our Academic Director, Linda Hartnett, began her career teaching high school mathematics in New York State. She received her Bachelor of Science and Master’s degrees from the State University of New York. After moving to Maryland, she taught at Glenelg High School and became the head of the department. She has instructed all high school math subjects from Algebra I through AP Calculus AB. She has also designed and taught a summer four week SAT I math preparation course. In addition, she has attended several national math conventions and has been a speaker at state conferences and county workshops.

All are trained by our Academic Director, Linda Hartnett, and are familiar with Howard County curriculums, text books, supplemental materials, and the use of a graphing calculator. Being closer in age to our clients, they interact well with adolescents and serve as excellent role models.
